Overview
Hero Mini Pekka is the first Hero that will be featured in premium Pass Royale. This Pass will be available during the upcoming December season.
Hero Mini Pekka’s description is:
Hero Mini P.E.K.K.A has finally perfected his pancake recipe by speeding up cooking time with each attack!
Stacks on stacks on stacks!
All the base stats of Hero Mini Pekka are the same as normal Mini Pekka. The only changes are the troop appearance and the Hero Ability.
Ability: Breakfast Boost
Note: all the following stats are from our developer build and subject to change. We use Tournament Standard stats (Level 11).
Breakfast Boost is Mini Pekka’s Hero Ability. It costs 1 Elixir, and the description says the following:
Eats pancakes to level up. The longer you wait, the more pancakes he cooks!
Hero Mini Pekka is deployed with a Pancake Bar that fills over time and by hitting enemies. If this bar gets completely filled, the ability boost advances to the next tier.

The continuous progress bar takes around 20 seconds to complete each bar, and each hit fills an extra 40%. So for example, to reach Tier 4 you could have:
- 20 seconds ➜ +100%
- 5 hits ➜ +200%
- Total: 300%, or 3 Pancake Bars
Without having filled any bars, the ability already gives a +1 level boost. If you wait for more bars to be filled, the level boosts also increase.
The third and last bar gives an additional 2 levels, while the first two give 1 level each. The ability button always highlights the amounts of boost levels that would be given.
Regardless of the boost tier reached, the ability always costs 1 elixir.
Each level increase gives around a +10% boost to strength stats like Damage and HP; but it doesn’t affect core stats like Movement Speed and Attack Speed. This is what the aggregate boost looks like for each of the Boost Tiers from Level 11:

Starting at the new max level, Level 16, these stats are slightly different:

If Mini Pekka is damage
It’s worth noting that the HP increase doesn’t consider the relative health of the Mini Pekka. So even if he has 1 HP left, he’ll get the same amount of extra HP as if he was fully at full health; which will make it seem as if his HP bar heals. On top of this, Mini Pekka heals 50% of the damage received; which is calculated as the difference between current HP and max HP.
How to unlock
Hero Mini Pekka will become available on December 1st as the featured Hero of premium Pass Royale.
This reward is available as the first tier of the premium track.
As a reminder, the version of Pass Royale with Heroes is only available for players above Arena 15 (5K Trophies).
We don’t know precisely when Mini Pekka will become available from Hero Summons, but it’s supposed to be in a couple of weeks. When that happens, it will be just as likely to drop as the 3 initial Heroes.
Duplicate Value
Hero Summons can give you a Hero you already have. Mini Pekka is a Rare card, so in exchange you would receive:
- 60 Hero Fragments
- 1,140 Mini Pekka Cards
