We look at how the card mastery levels are distributed among the top players with the highest masteryinfovis stats
The 2022 Q1 Update added Card Mastery to the game. Given that players could earn up to 50,000 Gems and even more Gold, it’s obviously not intended to be completed quickly.
So how have you progressed so far?
We’ve just added two Mastery Leaderboards to our site, each with a different criteria to rank who’s best. Additionally, we will look at how these top 1000 players have tackled their cards and produced an analysis to see which cards have the highest level of progression.

Leaderboard: Mastery by Levels
This leaderboard ranks the players by the total number of levels for all of their cards. At the time of this writing, these are the 3 top players:
If total levels are hard for you to understand, you can divide that number by 107 and get the average level.
Leaderboard: Mastery by Completion
This leaderboard ranks the players by the number of highest level cards. At the time of writing, the highest achievable level is 7. So we order the players based on the number of Level-7 mastery, followed by their Level-6 count, etc. At the moment, the top 3 players using this sort method are:
Of note, Juuso14 is quite high on this leaderboard also, at 8th place:
- Juuso14: L7 x22
What does Card Mastery at these levels look like? See for yourself:
You on the Leaderboard
Should you be on the leaderboard? There isn’t a way to fetch mastery leaderboard from Supercell directly. So if you feel that you should be on one of these leaderboard, visit your profile on our site and we’ll index your card mastery progress. It should appear on the leaderboards in ~20 minutes if you should be on them.
Card Level Distribution
By aggregating the card mastery by the Top 1000 players by mastery levels (total level achieved), we created an analysis that rank the cards from most completed to least completed.
The top 3 cards that are most completed are:
- The Log: 5.084 avg level
- Fireball: 4.359 avg level
- Mirror: 4.350 avg level
It’s not surprising that The Log and the Fireball are the highest — these are after all the most popular cards in the meta right now.
At first glance, it‘s strange that Mirror is at the third place. But this is easily explained as many players worked on their Card Mastery during April 1 when there was a game mode called “Totally Balanced Game Mode” where Mirror was absolutely OP in it. Also, Mirror becomes significantly stronger after the most recent balance changes, so it’s natural that usage of Mirror has increased dramatically.
The bottom 3 cards — those which are least completed — are:
- Mighty Miner: 0.619 avg level
- Barbarian Hut: 0.977 avg level
- Barbarians: 0.987 avg level
The bottom 3 shouldn’t be surprising either. Mighty Miner is a new card that can only be unlocked by Level 14 players. Additionally, not everyone has unlocked the card yet. This makes it hard for players to attempt to work on the card mastery.
Barbarians and Barbarian Hut are one of the last popular cards in the game right now — so seeing them at the bottom of this list can be expected as well.
Data for Nerds
As per usual, here are all the average levels for those who are interested. More granular level of raw data won’t be provided. Please don’t ask.
