Goblin Demolisher is a new troop that will be added to Clash Royale with the 2024 Q2 update. Similar to the other cards we announced, on the following days we’ll give you more information on how to obtain it, but today we get to focus on the stats.
The card description says the following:
Boom goes dynamite! Goblin Demolisher deals area damage and explodes on death. At low health, he charges towerds the nearest building.
This troop also appeared briefly during the Update Trailer.
The card image shows a goblin having too much fun with explosives.

Now we know that the 3 new cards will all have different rarities and elixir costs:
- Goblin Curse: Epic, 2 elixir
- Goblin Demolisher: Rare, 4 elixir
- Goblin Machine: Legendary, 5 elixir
These different stats and basic abilities seem to fit well into the goblin tribe, creating a quite versatile group of cards. If you love goblins, you should now be able to build quite versatile decks only with this tribe.

The basic attack of the Goblin Demolisher is throwing explosives to ground troops, very similar to Bomber.

Aside from having more health than Bomber, the main difference is that his attack completely changes once he loses half of his HP.
He becomes a sort of Wall Breaker, quickly rushing towards the nearest building with his remaining health. While he does this, he stops throwing explosives.
When he reaches his final target or is defeated, he explodes dealing instant area damage. This damage is the same to towers and troops.

The damage dealt by this explosion is more than a single Wall Breaker, but much less than both of them together. The amount of HP he has when the run starts will depend on the last hit, the one that takes him below 50%; usually that will mean more HP than a single Wall Breaker.
