Skeletons is one of the four cards that will have evolution in the June update. Here’s everything you need to know.

- Cycles: From 2 to 3
- Max Count: From 8 to 6
The Clash Royale team has decided to make some changes to the stats for the evolved Skeletons before its release. This article has been updated with these new numbers.

Evolved Skeletons
Balance history has shown that 4 skeletons were very strong for 1 elixir, so this card evolution will be even more powerful.
At first you’ll only notice that there are 4 skeletons instead of 3, and they have cute purple hats.
After an Evolved Skeleton attacks, it will summon another, which makes them multiply exponentially into a swarm. This ability is limited to 6 skeletons, so they will never become an army.
All the Evolved Skeletons are equal, meaning that not only the original 4 will summon more peers. As long as you keep 1 alive, you can return to having 8 in just a few seconds.
Cycles: 3
Different evolved cards take different amount of Cycles to get to the evolved form. Cheaper cards like Skeletons take longer to evolve. You’ll need to go through 2 deploys before getting to their evolved form.
Evolved Skeletons Stats
The strength of the Evolved Skeletons is how quickly they can overwhelm your opponent as long as you are able to protect them well.
If you play them behind a Giant, they can quickly turn into a 1-elixir Graveyard as they hit and summon more Skeletons.

Coinciding with the launch of the Card Evolution, Skeletons card art will be getting an update. Here’s a before and after view, together with the evolved version. These evolved Skeletons look pure evil and ready to wreck the arena — and they are as OP in the battle field as they look!
